Ed was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He attended Notre Dame High School, in Sherman Oaks before graduating from California Lutheran University, in Thousand Oaks, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. Ed purchased his first home in 1998 and the thought of real estate intrigued him ever since, until finally obtaining his Salesperson License in 2001. After working in the entertainment industry for 3 years and selling real estate part time on the weekends, he decided Real Estate was the business he had been looking for. Ed joined Coldwell Banker midway through 2003, becoming a full-time agent and excelled. He carried that success into 2004, his first full year in the business and was acknowledged as one of the top 17% of agents nationwide. Real estate still remains his passion and he obtained his Broker's License in 2008. Ed joined Rodeo Realty in 2009 and was reunited with past colleagues, managers and mentors and is excited about the possibilites and resources Rodeo has to offer!
